Owner Portal Access

Casanomy provides exclusive access to an owner portal via Propertyware, offering comprehensive control over your property management account. Through this portal, you can conveniently update account information and access various documents and reports.

  • Accessing the Owner Portal:  To access the owner portal, simply follow the login link located in the header. If you haven’t yet created an account, select “Create Account” on the login page. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and mailing address, then submit the information.
  • Account Management:  The “Account” section of the owner portal enables you to update your preferred contact details. Additionally, you can view conversations between property managers and tenants, add comments to existing discussions, or initiate new conversations.
  • Reports:  Navigate to the “Reports” tab to access real-time reports relevant to your properties. These reports include financial statements, finance reports, and leasing information for your current tenants.
  • Maintenance:  In the “Maintenance” tab, you can view all open work orders for your properties, along with accompanying notes, pictures, and videos. You also have the option to approve or reject work orders and leave comments as needed.
  • Documents:  The “Documents” tab provides access to all documents shared by Casanomy including leases and lease extensions. You can view or download these documents at your convenience.
