Casanomy provides service for clients in Bartlett, Bensenville, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Oswego, Streamwood, Winfield, Woodridge, and Yorkville.

Our leases typically extend for a one-year time period.

In the rare event that an eviction occurs, we will follow through with the eviction proceedings for you. While the eviction costs may vary, most will amount to around $1000.

Rent Collection

We ensure efficient and timely rent collection, issuing late notices to tenants with outstanding balances. Rent is due on the first of each month and is considered late if not paid by the fifth. We offer tenants five convenient payment options:

  • Mail – Tenants can send cash, checks, or money orders to the mailing address provided in their lease agreement.
  • Drop Box – Our drop box, located outside our office, allows tenants to deposit rent payments securely. Payments should be placed in an envelope labeled with the tenant’s name and address.
  • Tenant Portal – Through the Propertyware tenant portal, tenants can make one-time or recurring payments using a credit card, debit card, or by entering their bank account and routing numbers.
  • Credit Card – Tenants may also pay rent directly via credit card. For those who prefer to receive an invoice, they can contact our office at (630) 780-5020 to request an email link for payment submission.
  • Walmart Payments

    Tenants can pay rent at Walmart by logging into the tenant portal and navigating to the “My Payments” tab to obtain a payment voucher. This voucher can be presented to a customer service associate at Walmart to complete the payment.

Tenants Screenings

At Casanomy understand the importance of selecting tenants who are the right fit for your properties. During the application process, prospective tenants provide their driver’s license and social security number, enabling us to conduct thorough credit and background checks. Our diligent review of screening results ensures that we select tenants who meet our high standards and are well-suited for the residence.

Tenant Relations

Casanomy is dedicated to fostering positive tenant relationships and resolving disputes promptly. We strive to ensure tenant satisfaction through various communication channels. Tenants can reach us by calling our office between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, emailing us, messaging us directly through the tenant portal, or utilizing our text messaging service. Our responsive approach ensures that tenant concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively.

Leasing Services

We offer comprehensive property leasing services, encompassing lease preparation, negotiation, and renewal. Our leases adhere fully to federal, state, and local laws, ensuring legal compliance and peace of mind for both owners and tenants. Annually, we facilitate lease extensions through a digital process using DocuSign, enabling owners and tenants to sign extensions conveniently from their homes. Lease documents, including extension addendums, are easily accessible for both investors and tenants through the owner and tenant portals on Property ware.

Casanomy conducts thorough move-in and move-out property inspections to assess both interior and exterior conditions. Additionally, we assist in preparing properties for routine inspections every one to two years. To ensure transparency and compliance, inspections require the presence of a tenant aged 18 or older at the residence. We provide advance notice to tenants to coordinate inspection schedules, ensuring someone is available during the inspection. Tenants can also request repair services ahead of inspections through our in-house maintenance team via the tenant portal, accessible through the header link labeled “Service Request.”

Owner Portal Access

Casanomy provides exclusive access to an owner portal via Propertyware, offering comprehensive control over your property management account. Through this portal, you can conveniently update account information and access various documents and reports.

  • Accessing the Owner Portal:  To access the owner portal, simply follow the login link located in the header. If you haven’t yet created an account, select “Create Account” on the login page. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and mailing address, then submit the information.
  • Account Management:  The “Account” section of the owner portal enables you to update your preferred contact details. Additionally, you can view conversations between property managers and tenants, add comments to existing discussions, or initiate new conversations.
  • Reports:  Navigate to the “Reports” tab to access real-time reports relevant to your properties. These reports include financial statements, finance reports, and leasing information for your current tenants.
  • Maintenance:  In the “Maintenance” tab, you can view all open work orders for your properties, along with accompanying notes, pictures, and videos. You also have the option to approve or reject work orders and leave comments as needed.
  • Documents:  The “Documents” tab provides access to all documents shared by Casanomy including leases and lease extensions. You can view or download these documents at your convenience.
