In the rare event that an eviction occurs, we will follow through with the eviction proceedings for you. While the eviction costs may vary, most will amount to around $1000.

We ensure efficient and timely rent collection, issuing late notices to tenants with outstanding balances. Rent is due on the first of each month and is considered late if not paid by the fifth. We offer tenants five convenient payment options:
Tenants can pay rent at Walmart by logging into the tenant portal and navigating to the “My Payments” tab to obtain a payment voucher. This voucher can be presented to a customer service associate at Walmart to complete the payment.

During the application process, prospective tenants provide their driver’s license and social security number, enabling us to conduct thorough credit and background checks. Our leases adhere fully to federal, state, and local laws, ensuring legal compliance and peace of mind for both owners and tenants. Annually, we facilitate lease extensions through a digital process using DocuSign, enabling owners and tenants to sign extensions conveniently from their homes. Lease documents, including extension addendums, are easily accessible for both investors and tenants through the owner and tenant portals on Property ware.
Casanomy coordinates inspections for subsidy programs and rental licenses, in addition to conducting thorough move-in and move-out inspections to assess interior and exterior property conditions. We also prepare properties for routine inspections every 1-2 years. Our in-house maintenance team, alongside the rest of the Casanomy team, manages coordination, repairs, and ensures properties are ready to pass respective inspections. A tenant aged 18 or older must be present during inspections, with advance notice provided to schedule accordingly. Tenants can request repairs prior to inspections through our in-house maintenance team via the “Service Request” link in the tenant portal.
Casanomy’s in-house maintenance team provides comprehensive repair and upkeep services for all properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions to maintain safety and comfort. Tenants can easily submit service requests through the tenant portal via the “Service Request” link in the header, where our team coordinates inspections, performs necessary repairs, and prepares properties for compliance. We handle everything from routine fixes to pre-inspection preparations, including move-in/move-out assessments and biennial routine checks, with advance notice provided and requiring a tenant aged 18+ to be present for transparency
